The management of New Venture Safety Services Ltd. is committed to providing active leadership and support in maintaining our Health and Safety Program that strives to prevent personal injuries, economic losses from property and equipment damage and as well as the protection of the environment.
Everyone employed by New Venture Safety Services Ltd. is responsible for maintaining the safety program. Management has the responsibility and accountability to ensure the company's overall safety initiatives are obtained and will support and coordinate safety amongst all workers at the workplace in anticipation of a safe work environment.
Management is committed to and expects all employees to participate in the safety program while providing proper equipment, training, and procedures. Employees and sub-contractors are responsible for following all procedures and regulations, working safely and wherever possible, improving safety measures. Everyone is responsible for providing a safe work environment, upholding good work habits and leading by example.
All New Venture Safety Services Ltd. employees and sub-contractors working on company or prime contractor work sites are responsible for obeying all safety rules, following recommended safe work procedures, wearing and using required personal protective equipment, participating in safety training programs and informing supervisor/management of any unsafe practices or work conditions. An injury and accident-free workplace is the company’s objective. Through a continuous safety and lost control approach we can accomplish this goal.

H2S SAFETY SERVICES
New Venture Safety Services Ltd. H2S safety Supervisors main objective is to provide our customers with the necessary service and equipment required to maintain a safe work environment while complying with all safety policies and job procedures, as well as government laws and regulations.
Our H2S safety supervisors are comprehensive in providing safety services to frac/flowback sites, service rig operations, drilling rigs, plant turn around/shut downs and pipeline operations.
H2S Safety Supervisor Duties

Conduct site specific orientations

Work with client's safety representative to ensure Company policies are being adhered to

Perform and record Air Quality testing

Conduct pre-entry Confined Space checks

Confined Space entry supervision
-
Perform and record daily inspections on gas monitoring and supplied breathing air equipment

Setup and supervision of breathing air trailers
-
Setup and monitoring of Wireless OTIS Gas Detection system's for H2S and LEL's
-
Benzene detection and NORM surveys

Detection and control of flammable substances

Spark watch
